Facts About Laziness

Can you acknowledge how many times in the past year you have openly told yourself, "from now on, I start working out every day so that I can get in shape, lose some weight, and look better?" Now, think of how many times you actually made this happen? I am almost sure that you have not had a serious reason for not starting to exercise, you were either lazy or tired, am I right? The truth is that laziness and tiredness are the top two opponents of fitness.

Is it a sin to be lazy?
I believe that there is not a single person in the world who would honestly say that he/she has never been lazy. Even people whose whole lives are surrounded around sports tend to get lazy sometimes. It is simply in our nature to get sluggish, and honestly it is very hard to fight this feeling. However, it is reasonable if you get lazy once in a while but it is very irresponsible if you let it become your lifestyle.

Many years ago in Christianity laziness was viewed as one of the top seven deadly sins. Although over time the nature of this concept has overcome a big change, today it is still perceived negatively. Psychology defines laziness as a mental problem, medicine as a medical condition, and biology defines it as an instinctively behavior of saving energy. The only positive effect that comes out of laziness is that we can relax by doing nothing. Relaxing is a great feeling but we do not want to make it a constant daily routine.

What causes laziness?
The major cause of laziness is the excessive consumption of carbohydrates. On one hand, if you consume a big quantity of carbohydrates at once you would start feeling lazy and sleepy. If you get used to consuming a lot of them on a daily basis this would lead to a permanent unwillingness for your body to move. On the other hand, if you do not consume enough nutritional products you would cause a delay in your metabolism which would also result in a lazy behavior.

Active athletes, who overestimate their physical abilities, suffer from laziness, caused by lack of proteins. When this is combined with overtraining they tend to get into the so called "sports depression" (frequent and painful muscle pain). That is the reason why you really have to watch what you eat. Never eat too much but never skip meals as well. Eating various nutritional products on a daily basis is the key to success.

Laziness or exhaustion?
It happens often that laziness is confused with the symptoms of exhaustion. The laziness you could experience after being sick for a couple of days, after a lot of exercising, or because of a stressful situation at work, are all classic symptom of exhaustion but not of laziness. The best cure for all the situation above is to relax until you start feeling better.

The victims of fatigue
Fatigue is a mental or a physical exhaustion. Although its main cause is the lack of sleep, sleepiness is just one of the symptoms for this condition. Other reasons are: headache, general weakness, muscle pain, difficulty concentrating, slowed reflexes, and irritability. Tired people lose track of the level of their exhaustion and do not realize that if they do not take any action their condition will get even worse.

Fitness against laziness and exhaustion
It is a widespread myth that if one wants to be healthy, get in shape and lose some weight, one has to exercise a lot. As a result of this belief people started looking at fitness as a job that would only make sense if practiced to a level of exhaustion. If you start exercising to exhaustion, what do you think will happen? You will for sure overtrain. Now, the emphasis of exercising is placed on the physical activity, rather than on its intensity. It is proven that even light exercising, if done in the correct way, can definitely get you in shape and make you look better.

Remember that regular exercising reduces stress, increases your energy level, helps you sleep better at night, and keeps your body and mind in good shape.

Now, let's get started and achieve the body shape you have been dreaming about.

Marble Wine Chiller versus Silver Wine Chiller - Which One Should You Get

There are many types of wine chillers. However, for any dinning experience, only 2 come to mind, the marble wine chiller, and the silver wine chiller. After you have read this article, you will be able to decide on which one to choose from, and which one is best for your tastes.

Marble Chiller:

These can be bought with your kitchen in mind. You have many colors, and designs to choose from, so that they can fit into your current decor. Plus, they don't look to gaudy at all.

They are very reasonably priced, usually ranging from $20 to $100. Usually the more expensive ones are personalized ones, or have other engravings on them.

These are easy to store in the freezer, and normally come with a lid. You just take it out when you want to chill a drink at the table. And it doesn't even seem out of place at all.

Silver Chiller:

You can either get them actual silver, or silver plated. They come in all shapes and sizes, from bucket form to an elaborate vase. It all depends on your tastes.

They don't really fit in anywhere, and are usually only used on special occasions, as they aren't very practical looking for every day chilling.

These tend to be pretty expensive, ranging anywhere from $80 and up, even for the plated ones.

They are not something you want to keep in your freezer for chilling purposes, as they are oddly shaped, and don't go well in there. You will usually put ice in them for the chilling.

One thing to note, is that these kind of wine chillers tend to "sweat" a lot, and you will want a towel near by, or under it to keep the water off of any surface.

Now that you have read the article, you have a better understanding of the differences between a marble wine chiller, and a silver wine chiller as well. Which one would you by? Well I guess that all depends on the occasion you are having, or if you just want it for everyday use. The marble is better for everyday uses, while the silver one might be good for weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays, however, for the cost involved on a silver one, you still might want to go with a fancier marble chiller. The choice really is up to you.

Looking for a great table top wine chiller? Maybe something that goes with the rest of your kitchen, or dining room? Well, you will want to get a marble wine bottle chiller for your chilling purposes. Need more info? Maybe a wide variety of choices? Then you had better get yourself to this website now, and take a look at what is out there for you http://winebottlechiller.org

Greatest Rated Treadmill - 3 Methods to Find the best Treadmill for You

Searching for the most effective rated treadmill? Purchasing a treadmill can be confusing - just for the sheer amount of selections available. One of the easiest ways to select your treadmill would be to come across the most effective rated ones, although still taking into consideration your own workout wants.

How do you locate leading rated treadmills? There are numerous approaches to decide on and this write-up will offer you the three easiest solutions to come across the top rated treadmill - for you.

1 Know the Crucial Ingredients To A High quality Treadmill

Treadmills offer numerous features even so you will find four key capabilities that make up a high quality unit. These are motor power, cushioning, stability and warranty.

The motor will be the heart of your machine and typically the most pricey portion to fix. You need a high-powered, well-built motor. Attempt to find at the least a motor power of two.0 Continuous Duty HP, preferably higher. Don't be fooled by peak duty ratings which several less expensive treadmills try to list rather than continuous duty power.

Feel of it this way - a 1.five HP motor has to function twice as difficult as a 3.0 HP motor - so it'll burn out lengthy before the 3.0 HP motor, all other points being equal.

Good cushioning is vital - particularly for runners and frequent exercisers. A proper cushioning system protects your joints and ligaments. A poor cushioning program can cause physical injuries and even put you out of commission for a although.

Stability, based on Runner's Globe, will be the most important feature of a treadmill. You do not want it to shake or wobble when you choose up your pace. Heavier treadmills have a tendency to be more stable. Also look for higher user weight capacities (over 300 pounds) for indications of higher stability.

Your warranty is an excellent indication of the high quality of parts used in construction. A long warranty (specially on the motor and parts) often indicates a best treadmill.

2 Read Professional Reviews

There are several expert evaluations you can read to find the very best rated treadmills. Examples of professional ratings consist of Runner's Globe, Consumer Reports and Consumer Guide.

Keep in mind however that each of these reviewers may possibly give more weight to numerous functions - so they will not all agree. Also, they frequently review different brands which again can give different results. Reading expert ratings will also offer you an thought of which brands have a tendency to rate very more than and more than once again.

3 Choose a Top quality Brand Having a Good Reputation

Just as Schwinn has one of the most effective reputations for constructing physical exercise bikes, you'll find certain manufacturers that create top rated treadmills too. Just as critical, you'll find other brands that you'll want to steer clear of who do not have a fantastic track record.

When reading evaluations (each expert and consumer), make an effort to get a sense of which brands normally have positive critiques. I say generally since each brand sometimes makes a dud - and those individuals are frequently the ones that post reviews, not the individuals who had wonderful experiences.

Also, some assessment websites permit anybody to post critiques and you genuinely do not know who is posting - a genuine person or an individual working for the competition. But by researching, you'll begin to obtain a sense of which brands rate well in general, and which brands don't.

So those are 3 easy ways to come across the best-rated treadmills.

Maintain in mind that even when a treadmill is top-rated, you should also take into account your personal personal workout requirements when getting.

By way of example, whilst a commercial grade Landice might get high professional ratings, it also starts at $3000 and might be way far more than you need to spend. However, if you're a frequent runner, a good cushioning method can be a ought to to safeguard your ankles, knees, and back - so an $800 department shop treadmill just isn't going to cut it.

Although purchasing a treadmill could appear confusing at initial - it's genuinely not tough. By keeping the above three points in thoughts when purchasing, you will easily find the very best rated treadmill - for you!

Discovering a treadmill for the lowest cost possible just isn't difficult to do should you know exactly where to appear. Check out treadmillmore.com for guidelines and data on how to find the best deals.

Basal Cell Carcinoma Treatment in India at Mumbai and Delhi at Low cost.

Basal Cell Carcinoma

Overview

Basal Cell Carcinoma
Basal cell carcinoma is a type of skin cancer. It is a malignant epithelial cell tumor that begins as a papule (a small, circumscribed, solid elevation of the skin) and enlarges peripherally, developing into a crater that erodes, crusts and bleeds. Metastasis is rare, but local invasion destroys underlying and adjacent tissue. In 90 percent of all cases, the lesion is seen between the hairline and the upper lip.

Risk Factors
Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common form of skin cancer. It also is the most common cancer in the world, and the number of cases continues to rise. The reason for this rise might be that people are receiving more unprotected exposure to the harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays of the sun.

The likelihood of developing BCC also increases when you have one or more of the following risk factors: -

* Fair skin.
* Blond or red hair.
* Blue or green eyes.
* Family history of skin cancer.
* Weakened immune system.
* Received radiation therapy.
* Exposure to coal tar, pitch, creosote, or arsenic.

Age is another risk factor. BCC can occur at any age, but the risk of developing this skin cancer increases significantly with age.

DIAGNOSIS
A biopsy is required to diagnose skin cancer. A dermatologist can perform this simple procedure in the office by numbing the area and then removing the suspicious lesion (or a portion of it). The removed tissue is examined under a microscope to see if cancer is present.

TREATMENT
When the diagnosis is BCC, the dermatologist has a number of surgical and non-surgical options. The appropriate treatment depends on the size, location, and characteristics of the tumor, as well as the overall health and needs of the patient.

Most BCCs are treated with one of the following: -

* SIMPLE SURGICAL EXCISION, : - The dermatologist cuts out the tumor and some of the surrounding healthy tissue. The removed tissue is examined under a microscope to see if all of the skin cancer has been removed.

* MOHS MICROGRAPHIC SURGERY : - Performed by a specially trained dermatologic surgeon, Mohs involves removing the visible tumor and then successive layers of skin one at a time until cancer cells are no longer found.

* ELECTRODESICCATION AND CURETTAGE : - The dermatologist removes the tumor by scraping or “curetting” it, and then burning the base with an electric needle. The latter is “electrodessication.”

* CRYOSURGERY : - The dermatologist destroys the tumor by freezing it with liquid nitrogen.

* RADIATION THERAPY,/b> : - High energy x–rays are used to damage/kill the cancer cells and prevent the growth of new cancer cells.

* LASER SURGERY: - High-intensity focused light waves are used to destroy the cancerous tissue.

*
TOPICAL THERAPY : - The dermatologist prescribes a cancer-fighting medication, such as imiquimod or 5–fluorouracil, which the patient can apply to the skin cancer at home.

* PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY; - A medication is applied to the skin, and light is used to activate the medication.

Treatment varies depending on the size, depth, and location of the basal cell cancer. It will be removed using one of the following procedures: -

* Excision cuts the tumor out and uses stitches to place the skin back together.

* Curettage and electrodesiccation scrapes away the cancer and uses electricity to kill any remaining cancer cells.

* Surgery, including Mohs surgery, in which skin is cut out and immediately looked at under a microscope to check for cancer. The process is repeated until the skin sample is free of cancer.

* Cryosurgery freezes and kills the cancer cells.

* Radiation may be used if the cancer has spread to organs or lymph nodes or for tumors that can't be treated with surgery.

* Skin creams with the medications imiquimod or 5-fluorouracil may be used to treat superficial basal cell carcinoma.

Paleo Chicken Recipes – The Recipe that Won My Mother-In-Law’s Heart!

I've been looking for some delectable paleo chicken recipes like forever; I think...Look, I was sick and tired of hearing my mother-in-law's negative remarks about the paleo diet (I've always been at odds with her!).

And despite the obvious change in my physique (I lost some body fat thanks to this diet), she kept insisting that the "caveman diet" is a fad type of diet and may be detrimental to my mind in the long run.

Huh? For real?

Well you see, the Paleolithic diet is perceived by many as one of the most boring dietary regimen on the planet. You can't eat dairy stuff, artificial preservatives, rice, bread etc.

These are staple foods of most people!

So when you go on a paleo diet plan, you can't eat those things. You end up eating tasteless dishes every single day, and your mind may very well go nuts. Well...at least that's her theory which I argued vehemently.

And then she challenged me!

She told me to search for some nice paleo chicken recipes and quit eating the same thing every day. See, I only knew how to make 2 different paleo chicken meals...

One is paleo chicken soup with cabbage and the other, paleo chicken with a bunch of garlic and onion. Hmmm...Pretty boring I admit.

So I accepted her challenge. I checked out a few bookstores and after what seemed like forever, I came across a bunch of download only paleo cookbooks online. There are so many sumptuous paleo chicken recipes in those books and they're also pretty easy to prepare!

Heck, they have all kinds of stuff in there including recipes for paleo cookies, chocolates, noodles, snacks etc all done the paleo way. You may follow the link at the bottom to check out the cookbooks:

Anyway, here's the chicken recipe that won my mother-in-law's heart!

Paleo Style Chicken and Egg Salad with Satay Gravy

Ingredients for the salad:

1 steamed chicken breast, shredded.

2 boiled eggs, cut them into quarters

1 carrot, diced

1 cup of rocket leaves

1 large green capsicum, diced

Ingredients for gravy:

1 tbs olive oil

¼ cup of almond butter

¼ cup of coconut cream

1 grated white onion

3 cloves crushed garlic

Some chili flakes

Directions:

1) Fry garlic and onion with olive oil until they turn slightly browned.

2) Now put in the remaining gravy ingredients and stir until gravy thickens. Remove from heat and add in chili flakes.

3) Put the ingredients for salad in a bowl and then pour in the gravy.

Now, lap up what I consider to be one of the best paleo chicken recipes on the planet (my mum-in-law thinks so too!).

So if you're interested in whipping up all sorts of tasty paleo chicken recipes such as hazelnut chicken schnitzel, chicken larb kai, Bombay skewers plus loads of recipes on snacks, seafood, omelette, salads, done Paleolithic diet style, then go to: http://www.paleorecipecookbooks.info/

Paleolithic Diet Food List Super Paleo Food List And Recipe Combo For Your Gastronomic Pleasure!

When it came to finding precise Paleolithic diet food list and recipes, part of me felt like giving up! This happened months ago when I was first introduced to the world of Paleolithic nutrition diet. See, there was so much contradicting information on what can or cannot be eaten by a Palo diet follower.  Alright look, we don't have to be so neurotic about it. We do have the choice of adding non-Paleo friendly ingredients in our daily meals. Really, it all depends on your level of strictness.   And besides, there are plenty of seasoning alternatives to juice up the taste of your daily Paleo meals. For example, many folks like to add salt in their dishes (me too!). Now, in the caveman diet list, salt is a no-no item.

So what can you do?
Well, I just use vegetables organic kelp granules or add more sautéed onion, garlic and shallot combo to juice up the taste of my Paleo foods.  Listen, I learned A LOT of about Paleolithic diet food list along with tons of tasty recipes from several downloadable cookbooks. I'll tell you where to get those cookbooks in a short while, but I'm in a sharing mood right now so check out the following food list and recipe first.

Basic Food List
Fruits and Vegetables - Asparagus, avocado, apricot, bananas, capsicum, cabbage, garlic, ginger, leek and lychee are all Paleo approved. Meanwhile, peas, green beans, sweet potato, and chestnuts are not Paleo friendly.

Meats and seafood - Bison, cow, buffalo, duck, poultry venison and veal are alright. Bacon and ham on the other hand, aren't 100% Paleo approved.

Other foods to be avoided by strict Paleo followers - Maple syrup, coffee beans arrowroot and gelatin.

Now, here's one of my favorite paleo diet recipes!

Paleo Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 lbs ground turkey, 1 teaspoon kelp granules, 1 onion, 1 egg, ½ cup ground nuts combo ( I combined crush walnuts and almonds), 5 cloves garlic, some black pepper.

Directions:

Combine ingredients well. Next, grease a loaf pan with some olive oil and put the mixed ingredients on the pan. Bake for approximately 70 - 75 minutes.

10 Guilt-Free Snacks For Weight Loss

When you know which categories of foods are healthy it's a lot easier to chose healthy snacks. Contrary to popular belief, snacking is actually very beneficial. It helps to refuel your body, maintain blood sugar and energy levels as well as control your appetite.

Healthy snacking will help your body get the nutrients it needs and help you avoid overeating at meal times.

Indulge in these guilt-free snacks. Remember we encourage an anti-inflammatory, low-glycemic, paleo-style diet for weight loss and wellness. A body must get healthy before it can lose weight.

1.Fruit and Yogurt Parfait.Organic plain yogurt is best. Flavored yogurts have a higher sugar content. Instead, flavor your yogurt with fruit. Blueberries are an excellent choice as they have a lower glycemic content that will help balance blood glucose and insulin levels.

2.Romaine Lettuce Wrap With Organic Turkey and a Slice of Raw-Milk or Skim Mozzarella Cheese.

Romaine lettuce contains the highest nutritional and fiber content of all lettuce. Turkey is 94% protein which helps you to lose weight by boosting your metabolism and decreasing hunger. Adding raw milk grass-fed cheese not only adds flavor but also adds calcium without any harmful hormones or preservatives. A great source for grass-fed wild meat, game and poultry is at U.S. Wellness Meats.

3. Veggie Sticks With Cottage Cheese Dip. Non-starchy vegetables contain almost eight times the amount of fiber found in whole grains. Fiber is essential for a healthy digestive system. Fat-free organic cottage cheese makes an excellent low calorie snack.

4. Shrimp Cocktail Shrimp is 90% protein. Try dipping it in some cocktail sauce for a low calorie, high protein snack.

5. A Handful of Nuts. Walnuts are the best choice as they're rich in protein and fiber but they also contain a high dose of omega 3 fatty acids (good fats) as compared to other nuts. Healthy fats help lower your risk of disease. Omega-3s are anti-inflammatory, meaning they help prevent inflammatory diseases such as stroke or heart disease. People who are overweight are actually suffering from an inflammatory condition.

6. Celery Sticks and Almond Butter. This is a great combination of protein, monounsaturated fat and energy. Almond butter is a healthier alternative to peanut butter as it contains no added ingredients or preservatives and better fats. (peanuts are a legume not a nut)

7. Deviled Eggs. Eggs are an excellent source of protein and make a great snack any time of the day. My Guacamole Deviled Eggs are a great high-protein healthy snack with good fats.

8. Herring Wraps. Buy a few tinned containers in a few different flavored sauces such as tomato or tangy mustard, herring fillets are high in omega 3 fish oils. Don't but if they are in soybean oil. Try wrapping them in a few leaves of romaine lettuce.

9. Banana Nut Pop. Dip a banana in plain organic yogurt and roll in walnuts or coconut. Freeze. Yummy!

Bananas are a great source of fiber and potassium. Don't eat too many they do have a higher sugar content. Coconuts have anti-microbial, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties and are one of the best sources in the world for MCFA (medium-chain triglyceride fatty acids)

10. Lemon Tuna Avocado Snack. Halve an avocado and scoop out the flesh. Mix with lemon juice and tuna. Serve in the shells. Good protein, good fat.

Avocado's are high in monounsaturated fat and potassium. Tuna is a nutrient-dense food, high in omega-3 and a great source of protein. Protein builds muscle which in turn burns more calories to help you lose weight.

And here's your BONUS snack idea....

***Smoked salmon.

Don't get salmon that's been smothered in brown sugar. Salmon is one of the best sources of protein and healthy fats on earth. Try to buy wild-caught, not grain fed salmon.

Paleo Diet Meal Plan – Here's a Paleo Meal Plan That Will Satisfy Even the Fussiest Wooly Mammoths

Repeat after me: "I'm capable of dishing out a sinfully delicious paleo diet meal plan that will rock the appetite of even the fussiest Wooly mammoths."

That's right! We paleo diet followers can cook up a storm in the kitchen. You see, I dislike hearing ignorant comments made by people who do not follow this diet. They say we only eat awfully bland Paleo dishes...They are so wrong!

Now, Wooly mammoths from the Paleolithic era have long gone from this world, but we caveman of the 21st century are here and ready to prepare high quality Paleo recipes, right?

So without further ado, here's a very satisfying 2-course Paleo diet meal plan (more Paleolithic recipe resources are included at the end of this piece). If those mighty Wooly mammoths are alive, surely they will lap up these dishes and may even ask for a second serving!

Meal 1 (Appetizer):

Beef and Carrot Curry Soup

½ Cup of coconut milk

1 Large onion

1 stalk of celery

½ Tablespoon of red curry paste

1 Table spoon of olive oil

½ Cups of walnuts

1 ¼ Cups of carrots (diced)

2 Cups of water

A drizzle of honey

A couple of pinches of white pepper

Directions: First you sauté the celery and onion. Next, put in the walnuts and carrots and sauté once again for about 5 minutes. Pour 2 cups of water, close the lid and simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes. Now place them in a blender, pour the coconut milk and blend away until the ingredients become soupy.

Add pepper as well as the curry paste and blend again. Finally, drizzle the soup with some honey and enjoy.

Now let's complete this 2-course Paleo diet meal plan with one of my favorite dishes...

Meal 2 (Main Course):

Scrumptious Paleo Shoulder Pork Roast

A large piece of lean pork shoulder

½ Cup of fresh cilantro (finely chopped)

½ Cup of fresh sage (finely chopped)

½ Cup of fresh parsley (finely chopped)

5 - 7 cloves of finely chopped garlic (I love garlic!)

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon cumin

2 teaspoons dried oregano

¼ Cup of olive oil

Directions: Place all ingredients (except for the pork shoulder, of course) in a bowl and stir them around for a good couple of minutes. Make sure they are nicely mixed together.

Now, put the lean pork shoulder on the oven and rub the blended ingredients all over it. Massage the meat with those ingredients (man I'm drooling already). Finally roast the shoulder for approximately 40 minutes. I usually cook a pound of shoulder and it takes around 35 - 40 minutes to roast.

Take out from oven and enjoy! They say Paleolithic diet foods are boring? NOOO! The above 2-course Paleo diet meal plan is the real deal my friends.

As promised, here are some more Paleolithic recipe resources for your cooking pleasure. Download cookbooks with over 300 recipes so you can make a huge variety of Paleo diet meal plans. Follow this link to download: http://www.paleorecipecookbooks.info/

Losing Weight on the Paleo Diet

This article details how easy weight loss was when I discovered the paleo diet. No hunger, a great sense of well being, and I'm heading towards my target weight with no trouble at all. I'm even having a 'Cheat Day' each week.

A few months ago, I took up running. Started on a Couch 2 5K plan and after 9 weeks was easily running for 30 minutes. I can now run 15 km with relative easy. I found however, and this is not really a surprise, that my few kilos of excess weight was not really disappearing. The fitness industry rants on about how long aerobic sessions are the way to lose weight. It helps but resistance training and modifications to ones eating habits really do the trick.

I did some research on the web and came across Loren Cordain's book, The paleo diet. Ordered a copy, liked what I read and duly started to follow the pattern.

I've always been interested in health, fitness and why modern humans succumb to so much illness, disease, obesity, allergies etc. It turns out that we are Stone-Age people living in a modern world of processed food, laziness, poor work environments etc. The human genome has only changed 0.02% in the last 40 thousand years. Those people, of which we are the offspring ate a diet consisting mainly of meat, vegetables, nuts and fruit. They may have eaten some grass seeds (of which wheat is a modern version), but only in very small quantities. Modern use of grains didn't start until 10 thousand years ago with the first farms in the Middle East.

So, modern humans are eating foods that the human body has not evolved to eat. We're poisoning ourselves and shortening our lives. Appreciated, ancient people probably had shorter lifespans, but they were lean and athletic, able to chase animals for long distances. We as modern humans should embrace the diet of old and take advantage of the modern developments in medicine to allow ourselves to live long healthy lives. It's amazing how many people get into their late 60's and for them life is nearly over. Their muscles waste, the stoop, their demeanor is that of a beaten person heading towards death. This is not the way it should be.

The Paleo diet revolves around eating lean meat, fruit and vegetables (not root or starchy veggies) with each meal. Eggs are allowed as are nuts and small amounts of dried fruit. Grains, pulse and dairy are all out. You can have a cheat meal or two per week, but if you have a lot of weight to lose, I'd restrict that to just one. Drink plenty of water. I'd advise using a program like Fitday (free) to monitor all you eat for a couple of weeks to make sure you are getting the calories and nutrients you need. After that just go with the flow.

I eat a lot of stir frys and love them, curries can be made easily. There is wealth of recipes available online, and the book also has plenty.

I will write another article soon going more into depth about how I eat, but I have lost 7 kg with ease over the last 3 months, I was only 7 my desired weight so it was easy. If you're a lot bigger, the weight will shift with ease.

Take a look at the book, consult your doctor if you think you need to, and enjoy easy weight loss with out the hunger.

Yes spread the joy my friend! Meaning you should share the cookies with your loved ones, family, friends, your pet tortoise or hamster, whatever...It's all one love from here on out!

You know, my fiancé used to chide me for going on the paleo diet. She said "the caveman diet" was boring because you can't consume pasta (her fave food), preservatives, rice and other staple foods of most people on this planet.

So when I said to her I wanted to try this paleo cookie recipe, she just scoffed and said it's going to taste "really bland" like most paleo diet meals.

Now, what she didn't know is that I had downloaded a collection of Paleolithic diet cookbooks. I've tried some of the recipes in those cookbooks and they tasted fine. That gave me the confidence to give this paleo cookie recipe a test drive!

You can check out the cookbooks by visiting the link at the bottom of this recipe.

Alright, I apologize for blabbing too much. Here's the paleo cookie recipe. Try it!

You'll need - - > 2 tbs arrowroot powder, 1 cup coconut flakes, ½ cup of maple syrup, ½ tsp organic kelp salt alternative (or just use the regular one if you like), ¼ cup of sesame seeds, ¼ cup of sunflower seeds, ½ cup of finely chopped pecan, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, 4 egg whites

Longer Consumption of Green Coffee Has Better Slimming Effects

Have you ever tried to lose weight? If yes, another question is, have you ever tried a weight loss product that is marketed for its slimming effects upon its consumption? If your answer to this question is also a yes, you probably would have wanted to increase its consumption to experience more and more weight loss. The same goes with the Leptin Green Coffee 800, which is a popular and widely known replacement of regular coffee but with much better slimming effects.

Many people have tendency to quickly expect the results by consuming lots of green coffee but for a shorter duration of time. Their reasoning behind this behavior is that if they eat lot of high calorie food, they gain weight faster, and drinking Leptin Green Coffee 800 should also follow the same pattern. In their view, lots of green coffee in a short duration should mean much quicker weight loss in a short duration. However, weight loss does not work in the same way as the weight gain. Leptin Green Coffee 800 works by maintaining the vitality and by keeping the energy levels high. This reduces the fat by increasing metabolism at a constant rate.

The way it reflects in the weight loss is dependent on how consistently you consume Leptin Green Coffee 800 for a longer duration. Studies have proved that people who consumed Leptin Green Coffee 800 for quite long durations had much lower fat percentage in their body than those who had short durations of its heavier consumption. People who continued to drink Leptin Green Coffee 800 continuously felt more active while not losing their physical energy and still kept burning fat consistently.

Green coffee promotes reduction of weight and burning fat without compromising on your health unlike many other slimming products. This is why it is always recommended to consume refreshing green coffee as your regular drink and to patiently experience its results along with your entire fitness regime.

Are you looking for some delectable paleo diet cake recipes? Ah, did I hear you say "yes"? Okay cool, because I want to share with you my methods of baking a Paleolithic style pecan nut cake.

It's quite easy to do so - just follow the step-by-step instructions. I'm sure it'll turn out alright.

You know, recently I tried my hands on a few paleo diet cake recipes which I learned from a digital cookbook set and they all turned out okay.

One of the first paleo cakes I baked had a really burnt look, but surprisingly it tasted awesome! Heck even my fiancé' liked it a lot and she's doesn't even follow the caveman diet. Cool huh?

By the way, if you're interested in downloading that paleo cookbook set just follow the link at the bottom.

Okay I should stop blabbing now. After all, you want to know how to make that paleo pecan nut cake right? So, let's begin!

You'll need these ingredients: 600 grams of pecan nut flour, 30 grams of macadamia nuts, 30 grams of shelled walnuts, 60 grams of raisins, a bit of rosemary and finally, 3 tbs of olive oil

Directions:

Step 1

Pour pecan nut flour into a mixing bowl and stir it around .Next add about 800 ml of water but don't pour the whole jug into the bowl. Instead pour in a gradual manner and repeatedly stir the flour to ensure that lumps do not form.

The mixture must not become too drippy or thick so stir until it is absolutely smooth.

Step 2

Raisins should be soaked thoroughly and the excess water squeezed out completely. Next, drop macadamia nuts, walnuts, raisins and 2 tbs olive oil into the mixture.

Step 3

Grease a shallow cake pan (cake height shouldn't be more than 1 cm) and pour the entire mixture into it. Use the remaining olive oil (1tbs) to drizzle over the mixture and add some rosemary on top of it. Heat oven to 180°C. Place the cake pan in the oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes.

Step

Wait 20 minutes or so for the cake to cool down. Now grab a fork and start gobbling on what I feel is one the best paleo diet cake recipes around!

What is the primo diet to slim?

All the authors of diet would tend to claim that their program of weight loss is the best!

Personally I divide the opinion of the researchers of the University of Tufts which concluded that to have the most important success this is not the contents of the diet, but if this is what is appropriate for your temperament and your personality, that means a diet that you can follow without difficulties, without having the impression to make an effort or a sacrifice.

They studied 160 people during one year, who followed one of the 4 most popular diets: the diet of Dr. Ornish, of Dr. Atkins, the Zone of Barry Sears, and the Weight Watchers program. The goal of research was to determine the assiduity of the participants to follow the program. The rates of abandon (leave) over one year were the following:

Ornish: 50%

Atkins: 48%

Zone: 35%

Weight Watchers: 35%

For the people who had the assiduity and continued the program on the complete year, the results were similar, it do not matter the followed diet, that is to say 25% of the participants lost 5% of their body weight and 10% lost more than 10% of their body weight.

The benefit on the parameters of cardiac health were also similar with a significant decrease of the bad cholesterol (LDL) and a reduction in the rate of insulin presents in blood.

These results indicate to us that finally these four diets allow to lose weight in so far as one follows the plan over one sufficient period of time.

Another study of the University of Missouri, in the United States consisted in lending a dog to each participant, in a case for 26 weeks, another case for 52 weeks.

The hints wconcerning incite citizenry to leave their home also to to walk a day. Majority of the participants were not inside excellent fitness also to skilled of corpulence (fatness).
The consequence were the following: the participants who older themselves entrusting the duty of a puppy throughout 50 weeks missed about to happenual 7 kilos (15,4 lbs), which is a consequence certainly over those acquired by the certain detected nutrients.

Because aspects the participants who lodged a puppy throughout 26 weeks, they didn't lose fat.

30 years ago of that, Doctor Jean-Pierre Desmets managed the Marcel Rouet Psycho-Center in Brussels. One applied a program based mainly on the mental control of the appetite. One also recommended to the patients to begin the program by a diet holding account from certain food combinations, without prohibition or limitation of food group. One used also a treatment using the capacity of essential oils.

The results obtained were spectacular and the Doctor Desmets described, twenty years ago of that, the complete program in a work which had been ordered for the US market and English speakers.

To return from there to the question of which is the best program of weight loss,I am return' in thus return to the conclusion of the study described at the beginning of this chronicle, the best program is that which you will be able to follow without constraints. That which corresponds to your temperament, a program which does not require a restrictive discipline of you and which you could find difficult to follow.

He does not believe much in the programs which put a too large emphase on the calculation of calories and limit allowed food. Its experiment in this field showed that it is not necessary to follow a mode of famine to lose weight, quite to the contrary. A good program will not be too restrictive, it will make it possible the person to eat with his hunger and to find his instinct of food favorable to health and the maintenance of a standard weight.

A good program will support the relaxation and the control of the stress, a large person in charge of the catch of weight, it will also support the movement and the exercise, but in a natural way and without that being an excess of efforts very often above the physical capacities and the mental will of the person seeking to lose weight.

Quite a baffling field. The collection of the diet is not the superfine but really what category of fast direction you can arise on a longish term: Burn Fat Fast

Guidelines To Pairing The Best Flavored Woods To Your Favorite Smoked Foods

Are you confused by which smoking woods best compliment different types of smoked foods? You are not alone. Mankind has been cooking over burning woods for thousands of years. Through much trial and error it is obvious that certain types of woods best flavor specific foods, better than others. There are many varieties of wood that are used in the process of both hot smoking and cold smoking foods. The combinations of woods to foods are positively endless. Most people equate the process of smoking with meat, poultry and seafood. There are a great many other choices for smoking however. Cheeses, nuts, vegetables and even fruits are also excellent choices. That being said, there is little wonder that this can be a bit baffling. Exactly which wood flavors compliment what food types will be clarified in this article.

I have been smoking many varieties of food for over 40 years. I believe that the flavor introduced into the foods through the smoking process makes the food some of the finest culinary tastes in the world. The key here is that the wood should compliment the flavor of the foods not overpower it. When I began smoking many years ago it was very confusing to me as to which species of wood I should use with which food. Although many people have personal taste preferences, there are certainly general rules to follow. With a vast array of choices, I will do my best to try to simplify this for you.

First and foremost, there are many woods that absolutely should NOT be used for food smoking. Some of these woods are actually toxic to human beings while others just impart a horrible flavor. The general rule of thumb is to avoid the evergreen family. Some of the woods to avoid include, cedar, cypress, elm, pine, fir, redwood, spruce and sycamore. Now that we know what NOT to smoke with, let's get onto the good and flavorful woods that you should use.

There are many woods that you can smoke with. I am going to elaborate on the top choices, finest tasting, and most popular smoking woods. Fruitwood trees are amongst the most popular with the seasoned food smokers and are well known for their sweet delicate flavors. This list is organized from the mildest smoking woods to the most robust.

1. APPLE - Mild flavor, light sweet taste, and imparts a fruity smoked flavor.

Best foods - Beef, Poultry (especially game birds), Pork (in particular hams), Cheddar Cheese and Oysters

Foods can be smoked for longer periods of time due to the mildness of this wood. Excellent for cold smoking.

2. CHERRY - Delicate flavor, sweet taste, and also imparts a fruity smoked flavor.

Best Foods - Poultry (especially game birds), Pork, Scallops, Eggplant, Bananas, and Cheeses

Foods can be smoked for extended periods of time due to the mildness of this wood. Excellent for cold smoking.

3. ALDER - Mild delicate flavor, with an impressive and unique taste.

Best Foods: The traditional choice for Salmon. Swordfish, Sturgeon, Halibut, Steelhead, Prawns, Shrimp,

Rattlesnake, Chicken and Corn on the Cob.

Normal standard smoking times are the rule. Another good choice for cold smoking.

4. MAPLE - Somewhat sweet and imparts a mild smoky flavor. Try mixing maple with some corncobs for bacon.

Best Foods: Poultry, Hams, Lamb, Vegetables (especially acorn squash), Tuna and Salmon.

Normal standard smoking times apply. Great for cold smoking.

5. PECAN - Delicate but rich, similar to hickory. Burns cool and is ideal for low heat smoking.

Best Foods: Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Lamb, Wild Game, Fish, Cheeses and Portabella Mushrooms.

Normal standard smoking times apply. Popular choice for cold smoking.

6. OAK - Somewhat strong but pleasant flavor without being over powering. The most versatile of the hardwoods.

Best Foods: Salmon, Beef (particularly brisket), Buffalo, Elk, Poultry and Lamb.

Slightly shorter smoking times due to the slight intensity of the wood. Good for cold smoking.

7. HICKORY - Strong, pungent, bacon like, smoky flavor.

Best Foods: Beef, Pork (spare ribs, sausage), Chicken, Lamb, Fish, Venison, Moose, Cheeses and Almonds.

Shorter smoking times result in rich flavors, longer smoking times may overpower. Good for cold smoking.

8. MESQUITE - Strongest, but sweeter and more delicate than hickory. Tends to burn hot - use carefully.

Best Foods: Most Meats (especially beef), Wild Game, Chicken, Peanuts, and Vegetables

Not for long smoking. Popular in restaurants where foods are cooked for short periods of time

Is your mouth watering yet? On an interesting note, I have also smoked with wine and whiskey barrel woods. If the woods are available to you this is a fun, unique and very flavorful way to smoke. The wine barrel wood infuses a subtle, sweet and fruity taste, whereas the whiskey barrel wood has a more pronounced and woodsy taste.

Many of us own today's modern smokers designed to simplify the smoking for us. I personally own a Bradley Digital Electric smoker and it is just fantastic and offers very low maintenance smoking. The Bradley smoker uses all of the above wood flavors in custom wood bisquettes which are auto dispensed into the smoker. For those of you who do not own a smoker but love charcoal and gas grilling, fear not. Simply take your wood chips and soak them in water for about 20 minutes then add them to the top of the coals, immediately before adding the food. For extended grilling times try adding additional chips every 5 - 10 minutes to keep the smoke flavor on going. The more chips you add the more intense the flavor becomes. You will enjoy.

It has taken me many years of experimentation and note taking to make sense of the above list as the possibilities are truly never ending. I have learned that some foods cooked with improper woods produce poor results. If one would follow the above list as a true and honest guideline, you cannot go wrong. To further elaborate on the smoking possibilities, I sometimes blend two or more wood flavors together to come up with really unique and interesting flavor combinations. There are many people who have never smoked foods and they have truly deprived themselves of one of the finer things in life. I feel that everyone owes it to themselves to experience the art of smoking and put an end to food boredom once and for all.

¼ Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

4 - 5 Kalamata olives, finely diced

½ lemon zest

1 Tablespoon olive oil

A tiny pinch of sea salt

Paleo Diet Snacks – Presenting the Quickest Way to Get Heaps of Incredible Paleo Snack Recipes

I used to feel sick of dieting the Paleo way simply because there was a lack of simple and tasty recipes on paleo diet snacks. Naturally, I turned to the internet for help but alas, surfing for hours online in search of quality Paleolithic diet recipes proved to be futile.

See, I discovered quite a large number of recipes that were supposed to be "Paleo-friendly" from an all-in-one-place recipe website but the problem was...

Those recipes did not adhere to guidelines set by the Paleolithic diet rules!

Now, I understand that some people do not follow the rules vigorously, thus may wish to add one or two non-Paleo food ingredients to enhance the flavor of a particular recipe - but still...

Great tasting paleo diet snacks recipes were very difficult to find!

Okay to cut a long story short, I finally uncovered a really quick way to obtain heaps of not only snacks, but also Paleo appetizer, main course, dessert and even special sandwich and noodle recipes that can all be prepared without breaking the Paleo guidelines.

Here's how you do it...

What you should do is access a registration-free Paleo diet foods discussion site. The members in discussion/chat sites are very generous and they're always willing to share helpful information including recipes and resources for the benefit of all Paleo diet practitioners

In fact, one of the site members (Special thanks to user name:paleocaveguy82) was so kind enough to point me to a site where I was able to download digital cookbooks containing more than 300 Paleo recipes. Incredible stuff!

Now, I have all sorts of ideas on how to conceive Paleo diet snack recipes that are not only easy to do, but taste wonderful as well.

Anyway, you can also download an entire set of Paleo cookbooks that are chock full of tasty recipes, all in-one-place. Very handy reference so download by following this link: http://www.paleorecipecookbooks.info/
