Who wants a couple of Paleo dessert recipes that are not only ridiculously easy to prepare, but also taste ridiculously great?
WOW! So many hands up... great! So, I want to disclose 2 paleo diet dessert recipes that are quite simple to make, yet taste really yummy.
Wait, did I hear someone say "that's it? Only 2 measly recipes?"
Alight, alright, to be honest, I have a ton of Paleo dessert recipes neatly tucked away in one of my computer folders. Since, I have very limited space here, I'll share only a couple of recipes - sorry!
To make it up to you, I'll reveal the place where you can download those recipes to your computer. They can be found in some highly organized Paleo cookbooks, so check them out after these 2 recipes.
Besides, the author will be fuming mad if I reveal all her recipes here!
Okay, enough jabbering, here are your "caveman" dessert recipes... These desserts are so good; you'll feel drunk with joy after eating them!
Dessert Recipe 1: Paleo Coco Pudding
Ingredients: ¼ Cup of carob powder, 1 tablespoon raw honey, 1 medium ripe banana, 2 small ripe avocados
Directions: Place carob powder and honey in a food processor. Next, slice the banana and avocado into chunks and throw them in the food processor. Finally, blend the mixture until it becomes thick and smooth.
Dessert Recipe 2: Special Paleo Brownies
Ingredients: Approximately ¼ cup of coconut oil, 2 ¼ cups of almond flour, 1 teaspoon organic kelp granules (salt alternative), 1 teaspoon baking soda and 2 pears (use food processor to puree them first!)
Directons: Set flour aside but dump all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes buttery. Now put the flour in and blend.
Spread some coconut oil evenly on a baking pan. Also, sprinkle a bit of almond flour on the pan.
Pour mixture into the pan, spread it well and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 - 35 minutes.
Now, enjoy these Paleo dessert recipes!
As promised earlier, here's the place to download a set of cookbooks that contain plenty of Paleo dessert recipes. Not just desserts, even main courses, appetizers, and more - they are all covered in those books. Just follow this link: http://www.paleorecipecookbooks.info/

If you're looking for some mouth-watering paleo dinner recipes, then REJOICE because the Australian football team has beaten Serbia in the World Cup South Africa 2010! Okay! Okay! I can see you frowning and thinking, "What on God's earth has the World Cup got to do with paleo dinner recipes?"
Alright, please bear with me for a moment...
See, I'm so happy that my national team won 2-1 against the Serbians because I expected them to absolutely and completely trounce us (we lost 4 -0 to Germany and the Serbs beat them 1-0)! Yes, we failed to progress to the next round (unlike in WC 2006) but I'm still very pleased with this victory. Thus in light of this joyous occasion, I will like to share a very sensational Paleolithic diet recipe for all you caveman diet followers out there. I really love this recipe because not only does it taste great, it's also easy to prepare! It precisely fits the tagline "so easy, even a caveman can do it"! Now, in case you need more recipes or some kind of paleo meal plans, be sure to check out a few downloadable cookbooks thru the link below.
I currently have a wealth of paleo diet recipe ideas thanks to those cookbooks. There is loads of interesting stuff in there including paleo chocolate recipes (coffee/banana/orange chocolate cake, nut pan, etc), paleo noodles recipes, cakes, breakfast recipes, snacks, salads and so on...

Okay, without further ado, let's check out one of my favorite paleo dinner recipes!
The recipe is called: Thai Chicken with Tiger Prawns
Ingredients:
1) 1 large chicken breast, diced
2) About 150g of tiger prawns
3) 2 tbs chicken stock
4) 10ml olive oil
5) 1 red capsicum, diced
6) 1 finely sliced red chili
7) 3 cloves of garlic
8) 1 knob of grated ginger
9) 1 roughly cut punnet enoki mushroom
10) 3 sliced spring onion
11) 2 egg whites
12) 6 lightly crushed macadamia nuts
13) 1 sprig of mint leaves
14) Zest and juice from 1 medium lime
15) Some coriander leaves for garnishing
Directions:
Heat oil in the wok and drop in ingredient no. 6, 7 and 8. Stir fry for several seconds and then drop in the chicken breast. Once it is nearly cooked, put in the capsicum and prawns.
Once both the chicken and prawns are full cooked, pour in the stock and allow it to simmer. Next, dump the egg whites but don't stir just yet. Wait until they form into the shape of an omelette, and then break them apart.
Dump in the remaining ingredients and then top the dish with some coriander leaves. So what are you waiting for? This is one of the most awesome paleo dinner recipes so it must be gobbled up while still warm. Y-u-u-u-u-u-m-y!
